How Do You Remove 3000gt Upper Rear Roof Trim

Now heres where it gets interesting for those of you with a sunroof.

How do you remove 3000gt upper rear roof trim. The video is applicable t. The very rear piece of trim well i broke every damn clip cause i pulled it off wrong. Slightly lower the rear side of the roof trim. Do i need to remove the whole panel out again to swap the window trim or can i just roll down the window and loosen the screws.

I can see the rear screw easily and i think the front screw is hidden under the triangle cover. I just need to know if there are any hidden tabs in there that i might break unless i toally remove the panel first. I see the 2 nuts under the covers one at each end and then i saw the white clips underneath. I have read to replace the clips but was wondering if someone knew the correct way to remove and replace this.
