Homemade Yoga Mat Cleaner Tea Tree Oil

At home you can disinfect yoga mats with the same solution most studios use.
Homemade yoga mat cleaner tea tree oil. Small spray bottle 2 4 ounces or so distilled or spring water 3 4 of spray bottle 2 drops of tea tree essential oil 1 drop of lavender essential oil optional. Tea tree oil is an astringent just like witch hazel you could probably just get away with using that. 15 drops tea tree essential oil. 1 4 cup witch hazel without alcohol w hite vinegar can also be substituted.
Add 3 5 drops of tea tree oil and any other essential oils you d like. Spray on both sides of the mat step 4. 1 drop of your favorite miracle. You can also buy your bottle from miracle essentials oil.
Combine all ingredients in spray bottle step 2. Pour in the vinegar almost to the top of the bottle leaving a little room for oil. Tea tree has been documented to kill many bacteria viruses and fungi on contact. Use a funnel to pour the mixture into a 4 ounce spray bottle.
Shake well to combine step 3. Spray the cleaner on your mat before and after each yoga session and allow it to air dry before rolling it up. Add in the essential oils give the bottle a shake.
